Get ready for a fun and fancy evening as the Idaho Falls Symphony presents Rhapsody in Blue, the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center’s 18th annual Red Dress Concert. For one night only, the jazzy styles of George Gershwin will be on full display, as performed by the brilliant Italian pianist Roberto Plano. Join Music Director Thomas Heuser and the full Symphony orchestra as they explore the magic of Gershwin and a number of his 20th century American counterparts, including Florence Price, Duke Ellington, Leroy Anderson and many others. The rhythmic vitality and sheer delight of this classic “Americana” program will serve to highlight EIRMC’s important message during Heart Health Month—and just in time for Valentine’s Day!
