Planning An Effective HOA Meeting
Learn what is required at meetings to protect the HOA
March 09, 2021 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM
March's topic will cover how to properly document HOA records and how planning ahead can help make more efficient meetings. We will discuss the depth of data that is relevant to record and to share with your membership, why preparing and planning can increase engagement in our association, and the laws and regulations required by HOA reports. This seminar is targeted for HOA Board members and they will learn how to properly document HOA activities with homeowners and effective planning strategies, so that you can manage and govern with less effort. If you are a HOA Board member and you are seeking to gain insight and knowledge into effective strategies that result in better engagement, this training is designed specifically for you.

We'll cover how to enforce your HOA to create a positive cash flow that increases involvement and engagement in HOA activities, as well as to dispel the myths commonly associated with HOAs. The seminar also address a Board member's expectation on governing a common interest community. Homeowners are largely misinformed and disenchanted with their HOA, and many Board members lack the skills to effectively govern and engage their community. With over 20 years of management experience to draw upon, participants will learn the necessary skills to create thriving neighborhoods.
