You don't have to stick to our design-script. That's the whole point of Wine, Women, & Wood: to learn to make something on your own that's uniquely you. Get creative! There will be lots of materials available to work with in this class.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a beginner-level craft for ages 14 to 104.* A brief ice-breaker will be followed by an assembly demonstration. Then you'll be gluing and painting your own centerpiece with help as requested.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Hot drinks (with and without alcohol)
36H" x 24W" pre-assembled pine sign
Vinyl decal-stencils for each sign
Dimensional wood cutouts for each sign
Name cutouts for each sign
Paint and stain
LED string lights (optional)

WHAT'S SERVED

At this event we will be serving hot mulled wine (with red blend), hot toddy (with Whiskey Lemon from Cutwater Cocktails), and non-alcoholic mulled cider, along with some sweet treats. (Must be 21 to enjoy alcohol, of course.) You may bring more snacks if you like.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Cordless drill with 3/8 inch drill bit (OPTIONAL)
Liability waiver must be signed upon arrival

ADVANCED PURCHASE REQUIRED

Due to the custom nature of our projects, we ask that attendees purchase tickets in advance. Kits will be assembled to your specifications. Additional kits may also be ordered in advance so you can go home and make more signs.

*AGE RESTRICTION

Attendees must be 14+ years for this particular class (all classes are different). Ladies younger than 18 must be accompanied by a legal adult. No children under age 14 may be present in the workshop for this class.

CAPACITY

Capacity at Wine Women & Wood classes is currently limited to 20 attendees. Classes will be hosted in the Bear & Blue workshop, which is a working creative studio run by a manic artist. So please do not expect a clean, sterile environment. You will be surrounded by works-in-progress for the manufacturing side of the business. We recommend wearing comfy clothes and shoes. Stains are possible with certain projects!
