On Saturday, April 29 Teton Music will give two new Pearl River pianos to deserving recipients in Eastern Idaho. One winner will be selected from individual and family entries and one winner will be selected from school or community organization entries.

What We Look for in Contest Submissions
Our selection committee will make contest winner selections based on submission creativity, individual or organization need and greatest impact. Committee and Teton Music reserve the right to make selection based on these and any other undetermined criteria. All contest decisions are final.
We accept contest submissions from individuals over the age of 18 and all schools or organizations across Eastern Idaho (Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida, Power and Teton Counties).
Teton Music staff or immediate family are not eligible for participation.
Our selection committee will read all submissions anonymously. Your name and contact information will be removed when presented to the committee.

No Purchase Necessary
1. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents, educational organizations, and community organizations of the Eastern Idaho (Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida, Power and Teton Counties). Individuals must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period: The contest begins on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 and ends on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm MST.
4. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must either 1) submit their online submission form found on the website www.tetonmusic.com; or 2) print the submission response and bring it in person to Teton Music, 3025 S. 25th E., Ammon, ID 83406 by Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. No USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS entries. Entries will be accepted only by using the application online or in person. Entries must be legible and complete in order to be eligible. One entry per household or per organization. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. All entries submitted become the property of the sponsor and none will be returned.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on need and creativity, as judged by a panel of judges selected by the sponsor. The winner will be notified by email or phone on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
6. Prize: The prize for this contest is either an new upright (PH model) or new baby 5’ 3” grand Pearl River piano (GP160 model) valued up to $17,780.00 and includes one free tuning. The prize will be delivered to the winner's address within 15 miles of Teton Music, 3025 S 25th E., Ammon, ID 83406. Each additional mile must be prepaid at the rate of $3.81 per mile. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Winner may arrange for their own delivery using a preapproved professional piano mover.
7. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow the sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or releases.
8. General Terms: The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is fraudulent. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participants from entering or receiving the prize. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
9. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Idaho.
10.Release: By accepting the prize, the winner releases Teton Music and any of its affiliates, employees or agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize or contest related activity and winner also acknowledges that said parties have neither made, nor in any manner are responsible for or liable for any warranty, representation, promise or guarantee, express or implied, relative to the prize or otherwise. 11.Sponsor: Teton Music, 3025 S 25th E., Ammon, ID 83406.
