HomeSmart Premier Realty officially opened its doors in Idaho on January 4th of 2019. Since then, they have grown to 48 agents and counting. HomeSmart is a nationally recognized company with headquarters in Phoenix.

HomeSmart has seen realtors double, triple, and even quadruple their income after switching to HomeSmart’sbrokerage. Their fee structure is very basic, with fees of $25 a month and $500 per transaction for agents.

“We were blown away by our rapid growth in 2019, including the opening of two offices in Idaho Falls and Pocatello,” shared Elizondo. “We are so excited to see what 2020 has in store. We plan to see a good amount of growth as more agents discover our amazing family culture, fee structure, and technology that we offer.”
