Outdoor journalist and EIO Editor Kris Millgate announces the winner for the 2019 Spring/Summer "Name the Place" contest, where EIO readers and online followers write in their descriptions of a scene from the beautiful wilds of eastern Idaho. For this edition of the challenge, entrants were tasked with correctly identifying a historic structure near one of the region's most breathtaking backcountry water features.
