Riverbend Communications radio station Classy 97, KLCE-FM, has brought on Amy Taylor, as a new voice for at-work listening in East Idaho. Taylor, a radio professional of 15 years, will host KLCE weekdays 10 a.m to 2 p.m.

Taylor was selected from over 100 candidates after a six-month nationwide search. Born in Nebraska, Taylor worked in Phoenix radio for several years before joining the Classy 97 family.

“I know the feeling of home that the KLCE brand evokes, and I can’t wait to be an active part of it, and the East Idaho community,” Taylor said. “And I’m looking forward to ‘free taters for out-of-staters,’at least for a week or two.”

Taylor takes over the midday controls from Liza Raley, who has been hosting the time slot in addition to her #1 rated morning show, Mike & Liza In The Morning.

“We are excited for the warmth and energy Amy brings to Classy 97, and we already think of her as one of us,” said KLCE program director Mike Nelson. “Tune in and give Amy a warm East Idaho welcome.”

Taylor joins other KLCE and Riverbend Communications professionals from large markets – such as Salt Lake City, Boise, and Denver – who have made East Idaho their home.

KLCE can be heard at 97.3 FM, 97.7 FM, at www.klce.com and on the KLCE app in the iTunes App Store.
