Outdoor journalist and EIO Editor Kris Millgate announces the winner for the 2019 Fall/Winter "Name the Place" contest, where EIO readers and online followers write in their descriptions of a scene from the beautiful wilds of eastern Idaho. For this edition of the challenge, entrants were tasked with correctly identifying a sprawling landscape of native grasses. It's named after a bird and managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
