The Snowman Movie and Baroque Delights
Feeding your musical soul for the holidays, The Snowman Movie and Baroque Delights offers something for everyone. Back by popular demand, Howard Blake’s beloved film score will be performed live by the Idaho Falls Symphony to accompany the bittersweet animated movie. Then after intermission, enjoy a feast of Baroque Delights, including a solo performance by our Principal Oboist Kristen Bull. The concert also includes music by J.S. Bach and the ebullient Second Symphony of Joseph Bologne, the Chevalier de Saint George, one of the greatest musicians in Europe and the first Black musician to reach prominence in the time of Mozart.
