Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation (IFDDC) is kicking off their annual Awesomeness of Autism Fundraiser on Monday, April 15th in Downtown Idaho Falls! Participating Businesses include: SPLASH Self-Serve Pet Spa, Chesbro Music Company, Shaddow Domain, Scalar Wellness Center, Eve & Ivy’s Consignments, Thistle Dew, Pachanga’s, The Handmade Idaho Shop, Krung Thep Thai Cuisine, The Celt, Heads & Tails Distillery and IFDDC!
At SpringBrew on April 27th 3:00 – 7:00 IFDDC will have special merch with part of the proceeds going towards the fundraiser. The Popcorn People will also donate 10% of proceeds from SpringBrew to the cause!
All funds raised will be split and donated between schools to support Autistic students. IFDDC chooses a school in District 91 and District 93 to split the donations between.
Last year, IFDDC donated $2,000 from the Awesomeness of Autism Fundraiser to support local autistic students! $1,000 was donated to Compass Academy for their sensory integration therapy room and $1,000 was donated to the STEP Program at Bonneville High School to purchase items to teach important life skills.
