THE YEAR 2022 MEANS 120 YEARS OF OLD-FASHIONED FUN at the Eastern Idaho State Fair. The 120th Eastern Idaho State Fair is slated to be the best fair our community has ever seen. We are excited to have two outstanding nights of bareback riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing, team roping, and more from the Gem State Classic Pro Rodeo, which was PRCA Small Rodeo of the Year in 2019. You can also see our annual nightly grandstand events, such as the Champion Bull Riding, Western Truck & Tractor Pulls and September Slam Demo Derby. These events happen every
year, but you never know what excitement you’ll experience, as they bring new action every time.
We have an amazing lineup of grandstand entertainers this year. Andy Grammar on September 2, Gabriel Iglesias on September 8, and Cole Swindell on September 9th. We don’t settle for anything less than the best entertainers when we pick the shows to bring to the EISF. Lastly, on Saturday, September 10, the September Slam—Demolition Derby will close out our nine-day fair. Combining classic cars with creative driving and mud, the derby never disappoints the packed grandstand arena. There is only one rule for the derby: keep moving... if you can. In every way, the Demolition Derby is always one of the most exciting events of the Fair.
