Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Katie Burke is a graduate of Idaho State University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations and has taken pride in representing the 8340’s ever since.
After working at General Growth Properties and Harris Publishing, she joined the team at IE Productions in 2015 as a project manager to help clients establish and meet their marketing goals. She loves coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time and within budget.
She has been a regular volunteer for many years at the City of Refuge and Hope Lutheran School. She also enjoys writing about parenting fails for Idaho Falls Magazine under her department, titled Mommy Blogger.
Her most enduring achievement is her two beautiful daughters, Isabelle and Cambri. When she’s not following them around, reminding them she’s the cool mom, she’s busy deciding how many times she can serve Ramen noodles for dinner without inciting concern from outsiders. The insiders already know that’s as good as it’s going to get.
