At the age of 3, Kadee had developed some bumps on her arms. Because these bumps were tender to the touch, her local pediatrician referred her to a dermatologist to do a biopsy.
On May 5, 2017, Kadee’s mom received the news no mom wants to hear. It was cancer.
Within weeks Kadee began 9 months of intense treatment for B.L.L.Y. Lymphoma (B-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma) at Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital. By the following February, she was able to transition to a lighter treatment plan. Just in time for kindergarten, Kadee got to ring her cancer-free bell! The treatment and support that Kadee received were all made possible because of long-time supporters of Primary Children’s Hospital like you.
This year the Idaho Radiothon celebrates 10 years of supporting Primary Children’s Hospital.
Generous donations have provided support in critical areas including:
- Charity Care
- Research
- Music Therapy
- Bereavement support
- and so much more!
Help the Idaho Radiothon celebrate their 10-year milestone of raising over $750,000 in support of patients like Kadee, who is celebrating 2 years cancer free this year.
