Lauren Stanek was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry and knew she wanted to make it part of her career. Lucky enough, Elevation Labs (Northwest Cosmetics Labs, at the time) was located in her backyard here in Idaho Falls. Lauren started as an intern in the Research & Development Lab in 2007 while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Idaho.
After graduation she started full-time as a chemist formulating across skin care, color cosmetics, hair care and sunscreens. In 2018, Lauren moved to Director of Business Development where she works to develop and maintain customer relationships, utilize her technical background to support innovative products and provide market analytics for strategic business planning.
