MONTANA -- Dancing Spirit Ranch, a nature-filled, laidback luxury rental property and retreat center located just 20 miles from Glacier National Park, is proud to announce that it is fully open and in operation, following months of navigating through the pandemic. The property is positioned to allow for ample social distancing as it offers 160-acres of accessible space, including ponds and walkable trails, while only allowing up to 24 guests on property at once. Whether it is a large private group booking or a small individual booking, Dancing Spirit Ranch is always providing guests with privacy and space to provide the best and most comfortable experience for guests. 

As a small, family-owned and operated business, Dancing Spirit Ranch continues its mission to inspire and cultivate connection to nature and each other by inviting guests to regenerate and reconnect in a safe and open environment. 

Winter Guest Experience: 

Dancing Spirit Ranch is excited to welcome ski and snow sports enthusiasts this winter when the season is at its best from December through March 2021. Skiing, snowboarding and more can be enjoyed nearby at the iconic Whitefish Mountain Resort. Guests are able to enjoy a full day out shredding the slopes, then return back to Dancing Spirit Ranch where they enjoy maximum privacy, serenity and relaxation. At Dancing Spirit Ranch guests feel like they have Big Sky Country all to themselves. All three sleeping quarters: The White House, The Cedar House and The Bunkhouse, for groups ranging from 2-24 guests maximum. 

All bookings at Dancing Spirit Ranch come with daily maid service included, as well as the most delicious meals cooked in-house by the property’s Executive Chef: Ananda Johnson. The Chef is recognized for using mostly locally grown foods, all-organic ingredients, and fresh, seasonal flavors that celebrate nature’s bounty and local flavors. In addition, wifi is provided in all of the buildings, and experiences like fishing, hiking and biking can all be arranged by Dancing Spirit Ranch’s expert event planning team. 

Dancing Spirit Ranch invites guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and find spaciousness and calmness within nature. The property is home to numerous walking trails and wooded forests, several ponds including one large enough to fish and kayak, as well as mystic spiritual sites like a Labyrinth, ample benches and seating spaces for nature watching and quiet contemplation, and a firepit where guests can often be seen ending the day enjoying company and laughter under the stars of Big Sky County. During the winter months, guests are invited to snowshoe and cross-country ski around the property to soak up the tranquility and stillness of winter.

Where to Stay: 

There are 3 buildings for guests’ accommodations with the entire ranch, as follows. 

The Little White House: This one-bedroom cottage is right beside the large pond. The front porch was also extended to take advantage of the mountain views across the pond. Waking up in the queen bed as the sun rises over the mountaintop and shines in the window is an exhilarating experience you won’t want to miss. 

  • Occupancy: 2 persons. Starting at $275 per night in Winter. 

The Cedar House: This four-bedroom, three and a half bath cabin is built on the far shore of the large pond. There is a full kitchen and dining area, it also has a private lawn on the water’s edge. The living room is surrounded by windows on three sides, providing excellent views at any point of your day, and features a brick fireplace. 

  • Occupancy: 8 persons. Starting at $525 per night in Winter. 

The Bunkhouse: This stable-like building has seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three lounge areas. Each bedroom has a large window-wall faced with weathered barnwood and hand-plastered walls elsewhere. The rooms are outfitted with a queen or twin beds and covered with organic cotton sheets and thick Pendleton blankets.

  • Occupancy: 14 persons. Starting at $725 per night in Winter.

Retreats & Experiences:
