Are you struggling to practice diligent hand-washing and refraining from touching your face? 

Sitting here this morning at my desk, I caught myself chomping at my fingernails. It's one of many common but unsanitary habits we're all guilty of from time to time. In the current climate of COVID-19, however, now is the time to kick your hands-to-face behaviors to the curb.
