For the first time ever, the Idaho Potato Commission’s (IPC) Tater Team is hosting a sweepstakes where one lucky winner will become a Tater Team member for a day and receive an all expenses paid trip to one of the Big Idaho® Potato Truck’s upcoming summer events.
The sweepstakes launched on the Big Idaho® Potato Tour Facebook page on May 14, 2018 and received a record number of entries in its first three days. “Every year the popularity of the Truck, from social media followers to event invitations to media coverage grows exponentially,” said Frank Muir, President and CEO of the IPC. “It’s proven to be the Idaho Potato Commission’s biggest and most engaging marketing vehicle ever. Every minute the Truck is on the road we are able to communicate very important information to Idaho® potato fans across the country.”
The Tater Team For A Day sweepstakes runs through June 15, 2018. One winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two, two night hotel accommodations, VIP tour of the Big Idaho Potato Truck, Tater Team uniform and cool Idaho® potato swag. The winner will be able to choose from one of the following events to attend:
- Lion's Club Parade - Las Vegas, NV (June 29 - July 1, 2018)
- SeaFair Torchlight Parade - Seattle, WA (July 26 - July 28, 2018)
- Pro-Football Hall of Fame Parade - Canton, OH (August 3 - August 5, 2018)
- Nascar Xfinity Series - Bristol, TN (August 16 - August 19, 2018)
