For dining in or driving through, Arby's on Broadway has been serving patrons at its West side location for two decades. Now the quick-serve establishment – owned by Amanda Roberts along with her parents, David and Dianna Skidmore – is spicing up its appearance both inside and out.

It’s all part of the restaurant company’s acclaimed “Inspire” design. According to Roberts, the entire remodel took just 5 weeks.

The was pretty simple: to provide a more contemporary look and improved guest experience. Statistically, the remodel should have a clear benefit for the I.F. franchise’s bottom line. Other newly remodeled locations have seen average sales increases exceeding 15 percent.

According to the Arby’s corporation, improved aesthetics and enhanced operational efficiencies are only part of the story. Arby’s is also looking at exploring new restaurant formats, such as end-caps with drive-thrus, stand-alone locations with smaller footprints and in-line restaurants well suited to malls and convenience stores.

Roast beef sandwiches are always a safe bet, of course, but we highly recommend the Roast Beef Gyro with all the fixin’s. (Don’t forget a few extra napkins!)

Fun Facts: Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been in business since 1964. Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. operates 3,400 restaurants worldwide. More importantly, it employs 70 employees in Idaho Falls with 32 workers at the Broadway location.

Visit 1547 W. Broadway and check it out for yourself.
