Spreading the Love

Love at First Bite expands at Snake River Landing

Spreading the Love

Love at First Bite, the locally owned sweets and gift company, is pleased to announce the expansion of their store in Snake River Landing. Owners Juli Richards and Madalyn Luthy are nearly doubling the size of their store by relocating to the riverfront corner of 901 Pier View Drive suite 101 in Snake River Landing, across from The Pier and the Greenbelt, with a planned opening in October 2012.

Featuring a winning combination of delicious truffles, inspired cupcakes and eclectic gifts, it's no wonder Love at First Bite has been able to thrive after opening less than two years ago. The mother and daughter duo of Richards and Luthy also plan to add new product lines to offer patrons, including a variety of specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars; bottled per customer orders which they will be calling Twig and Vine Olive Oil Company.

"We are very grateful for the positive response that we have received from our surrounding communities and Snake River Landing. People always ask how we are doing in this area. We feel that it is a professional and family friendly environment that attracts people to a great feel and atmosphere.

"The great thing is that it is only going to get better," says Juli.

Love at First Bite is not the only locally owned business seeing growth in Idaho Falls. Bill's Bike Shop, local favorite of the biking community and families across the region for 65 years, recently announced they will build a new location on Pier View Drive in Snake River Landing, offering more gear and events than their current location on Holmes allows.

Also at Snake River Landing, Bella Vita Bistro and Coffeehouse owned by Melanie Hines continues to increase their customer base while eying a third anniversary of being in business in Snake River Landing.
