A Ride of the Century

Tired of spinning your wheels? Not in this great-open-space race. Benefitting The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, The HeART of Idaho Century Ride is set for Saturday at Snake River Landing.

Ride through verdant farmland, Grand Teton views and striking desert landscapes with fully stocked feed zones and SAG support. The ride starts and ends at the landing where riders will celebrate at a post-ride BBQ with live music, a beer garden, massage therapists and prize drawings.

Choose your distance and ride at your own pace:

* 25 Mile: For first-time riders and families who will ride along the river south of town.

* 50 Miles: Designed specifically for Scouts working on merit badges.

* 100K (62 Miles): Not for amateurs.

* 100 Mile: Experienced riders.

Registration rates for the ride are as follows:

? $40 ~ 25 mile ride

? $58 ~ 50 mile ride

? $68 ~ 62 & 100 mile rides

? $100 ~ 25 mile Family Package for 2 adults & 2 children ($25 each additional child)

New this year, the ride has been moved up a week to coincide with the 22nd Great Snake River Idaho Falls Duck Race.
