Stockman's Relocates to Idaho Falls

Open set for May 2011 at Snake River Landing

One of the area’s most beloved locally-owned restaurants is relocating to Idaho Falls. Stockman’s Restaurant will occupy the restaurant location on the corner of Snake River Parkway and Pier View Drive in Snake River Landing in May 2011. Stockman’s Restaurant has been located in its present location in Rigby, Idaho for four years.

Stockman’s Restaurant, LLC is owned by Josh and Melissa Swain, who also serve as the head Chefs of the establishment. The restaurant strives to differentiate themselves by cutting all of their own meat, forming their hamburger patties by hand, flavoring their foods with a special blend of Cajun spices, and making their own sauces and dressings. Stockman’s Restaurant also has extensive lunch, dinner and banquet menus that are perfect for any occasion.

“Stockman’s Restaurant is excited to bring our unique menu, authentic cooking and inviting atmosphere to Idaho Falls. We believe that Snake River Landing will be a convenient location for our customers and we are looking forward to better serving large groups, banquets and companies with a larger restaurant space. We will always miss our Rigby restaurant and we hope that the Rigby community will make the short drive to enjoy our Idaho Falls location,” says Josh Swain, Owner of Stockman’s Restaurant.

Well-known for their great steaks (including All-You-Can-Eat) and prime rib, they also have extraordinary pasta dishes, gourmet burgers, country food and even a little Mexican fare such as delicious fajitas. Stockman’s Restaurant is also thrilled to showcase their Chef-prepared Pasta Bar, complete with a personal Sous-Chef catering to your personal pasta experience. “At Stockman’s Restaurant, we help you design your pasta dish exactly to your specifications to make it amazing,” says Josh. And don’t forget about the cheesecake at Stockman’s! They make all of their cheesecake in-house, including their specialty Huckleberry Cheesecake.

Stockman’s Restaurant’s new space is the former location of Hard Hat Steakhouse and Grill. You can learn more about Stockman’s Restaurant by visiting www.stockmansrestaurant.com or by calling Josh or Melissa at 208-552-6500.

We are actually planning on a seperate childrens menu. With a larger kitchen and better facility we will be able to accomodate more kids menu items, any suggestions would be helpfull.

Good restaurant - not such a great childrens menu. For that reason, we have always chosen another place for family outings. Good luck in thier new locations
