Snake River Landing announced that it has won the Gold Outstanding Landscape Project awarded by Mountain States Construction Magazine in recognition of The Central Valley at Snake River Landing. “Snake River Landing is pleased to be the recipient of such a prestigious regional award. We are proud of the great efforts of our staff and an outstanding team of consultants and contractors that worked so hard to make this project a reality,” says Eric Isom, the Chief Development Officer of SRL Development, LLC, the developer of Snake River Landing.

The Central Valley is a live-water feature consisting of approximately 30 acres of green space comprised of a water stream, approximately 4,000 feet of walking paths, cascading waterfalls, beautifully landscaped gathering areas, a playing field, several ponds and a 3.3 acre lake. A grand opening was held for this water feature in October 2009.
