The Cellar Restaurant
Restaurants come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes, they might be in a space that wasn’t originally designed as a restaurant. That is the case with The Cellar. In fact, The Cellar is a restaurant in a converted, century-old Ammon homestead.

There are a lot of restaurants in Idaho Falls where one can get a burger. However, there are not many places in Idaho Falls where one can get a gyro. In fact, there may only be one or two. Tom's Gyros and Burgers is one of them and their gyros are FANTASTIC.

Blue Hashi - Japanese cuisine
Say the word “sushi” to most people in this area and you're likely to get a turned up nose and a look of disgust. “Sushi?!” they might say, and who can blame them. This area is about beef and tubers, not raw eel and tuna. A trip to Blue Hashi might change all of that.

Food, family, and friends. These three words are the foundation of Pachanga’s Mexican Restaurant. Based on this foundation, owners Antonio and Erica Meza have brought a little piece of Mexico to downtown Idaho Falls.

The Collage (May/June 2008)
The revitalization of downtown Idaho Falls is an on-going project. To make it succeed, it will require businesses to open that will draw people down there. One recent addition to the historic part of our town is Collage, a fine dining restaurant.
