Destinations Inn has new owners
Black Swan Inn owners take over Idaho Falls theme hotel
Larry and Debbie Fisher, owners of the Black Swan Inn in Pocatello, recently purchased Destinations Inn, a world class theme hotel in downtown Idaho Falls.
"We are very excited to have another great theme hotel to serve the people of Eastern Idaho along with business professionals and travelers from all over the world" exclaimed Larry Fisher. "Destinations Inn will be a natural addition to the Black Swan Inn. The prior owners did a wonderful job when they created it".
Four years ago, Destinations Inn opened its doors with fourteen theme rooms following the major remodeling of an historic building in Idaho Falls at 295 W. Broadway. After several months of negotiations, the Fishers were able to purchase Destinations Inn.
Paris, Rome, Venice and New York are just a few of the exciting locations one can experience at this unique property. The Black Swan Inn has been in operation in Pocatello for the last thirteen years and currently features fifteen theme rooms. "With the great interest rates, and being optimistic about the future, we felt now was the perfect time to expand" said Larry Fisher.
Both Larry and Debbie were born and raised in Southeast Idaho. They have six children and seven grandchildren. Larry is a local building contractor and past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Pocatello Chamber of Commerce. Debbie enjoys utilizing her talents as an artist, sculpting and painting murals, and as an interior decorator, to create amazing theme rooms.More information can be obtained by visiting www.blackswaninn.comand www.destinationsinn.com.
