"Way Out West" Guided Tour at Museum of Idaho
Adventure through Idaho history while enjoying hands-on activities and opportunities for discussion alongside a knowledgeable guide. " Way Out West", the museum’s flagship exhibit, immerses visitors in both the human story and the environmental story of our region, Idaho, and the West, from its first inhabitants through today.

Adventure through Idaho history while enjoying hands-on activities and opportunities for discussion alongside a knowledgeable guide. The Museum of Idaho's guided tours are suitable for all ages and cater to history lovers, science enthusiasts, and curious minds alike.


Tours are offered Saturdays at 11:30 am and begin in the Carr Atrium by the mammoth. Tours are included with admission. No reservation is required.
