Kickoff party for the War Bonnet Round-up on

Celebrate the start of the War Bonnet Round Up with a fun evening for the whole family! Most events are free, and include: horse drawn trolley rides, face painting, a photo booth, carnival games, stick horse racing, straw maze, bounce houses, kids roping instruction, a mechanical bull (small fee per ride), kids costume contest (winners dressed in the best western wear receive tickets to the rodeo), and rodeo clowns and local mascots will be in attendance. One of the main attractions will be a downtown arena featuring free-style bullfighting with real Mexican fighting bulls and mini bull riding. American’s Got Talent Finalist, Loop Rawlins will entertain crowds with his lasso tricks. At the plaza you’ll enjoy live country music and a live wild west shoot-out!! This event is FREE for the entire family and will be on B Street in between Capital Ave and Park Ave.

5:00————–Event starts
5:30 – 6:10—–Mini bull riding/fighting in the arena
6:15 – 6:25—–Shootout at Civitan Plaza
6:30————–Costume contest at the straw maze
6:45 – 7:25—–Mini-bull riding/fighting in the arena
