Mindfulness Course
Repair the brain while reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

Using the principles of Mindfulness, and emphasizing the 10 principles taught by Patanjali', this course will help the student create a more peaceful, balanced, and focused mindset. There will be group discussion/sharing, instructions, and meditation. ?First class is FREE. Course charge is $5 per class or $40 paid in full (non-refundable) before the first class.
