Community Health & Fitness Fair and Fitness Run
This free Health Fair is open to the public and there will be free services such as: Chair massages, Blood pressure checks, Spinal screenings, Balance checks, Leg and vein screenings, Athletic and Kinesio taping, Meal planning, Pilates Barre demos. Skin health education and MORE!

Mark your calendars for the Annual Community Health & Fitness Fair on Saturday, March 18th from 9:30am until 12 noon. This year we're adding a Fitness Fun Run sponsored by Personal Best Performance.

The Health Fair is a free event and open to the public.
Fair – 9:30 am – 12 pm
Race – 9:00 am
Location: Apple Athletic Club - 2030 Jennie Lee Drive in Idaho Falls, ID

There will be free services such as:
Chair massages
Blood pressure checks
Spinal screenings
Balance checks
Leg and vein screenings
Athletic and Kinesio taping
Meal planning
Barre demos
Skin health education and MORE!

Visit every vendor booth and you'll be entered to WIN a one-night stay at Candlewood Suites Idaho Falls along with dinner at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub - Idaho Falls and a movie for two! There will be other prize drawings throughout the event.
