Outdoor journalist and EIO Editor Kris Millgate announces the winner for the 2017 Fall/Winter "Name the Place" contest, where EIO readers and online followers write in their descriptions of a scene from the beautiful wilds of eastern Idaho. This edition was actually "Name the Trees," in which entrants need to correctly identify at least three type of trees growing on a beautiful eastern Idaho hillside.
