The Festival is looking for groups needing funds.
New this year is the Festival of Giving event that will be held for four-days on Nov. 15-18 at the Pinecrest Event Center. This is not the Festival of Trees, but a new event supporting multiple non-profits and charities.
Non-profit groups (including school PTO's and school groups) will create tree(s) and/or wreath(s) to display and sell at the Festival. Each group will receive 100% of the proceeds of the sale. Groups may also contact supporters and local businesses to see if they will donate tree(s) and/or wreath(s) with funds going towards that non-profit. Funds can be donated and one of their creative artists will create the tree(s) and/or wreath(s) for your group on behalf of the sponsor.
If you own a local business you can also participate and choose the non-profit or charity that you would like the proceeds to be donated to. They currently have 10 non-profits on board and would like to double this. Your help is truly appreciated.
They are expecting about 8,000 people through the 4-day event and will have so many other things, including non-stop talent in our 300 seat theater, bake good items, local restaurant food, and festive holiday music for all to enjoy.
