Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated individual to improve the sales and distribution of the Idaho Falls magazine and its ancillary publications. This is a part-time internship with flexible hours and a stipend.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop list of distribution locations for specialty magazines
- Secure distribution contracts
- Increase subscription opportunities
- Call on new and inactive accounts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify target demographics
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Ability to work successfully in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to close a deal
- Strong researching skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Be able to drive (mileage will be compensated)
- Superior interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
