Idaho Falls magazine has recently announced an immediate opening for an Advertising Account Executive to help sell our growing family of print and online products. This position is perfect for a self-starter who has the confidence to close sales while creating unique programs for clients throughout Idaho Falls and East Idaho.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic plan to build new business revenue to achieve monthly sales goals, as well as growing overall ad count, increasing the number active accounts and — above all — excelling at customer service.
A minimum of two years of sales experience preferred, as is previous work in a media-advertising environment. Key attributes include strong customer relations, sales and effective communication skills, basic computer skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
