Boo at the Zoo, one of Idaho Falls Zoo’s grandest seasonal fundraisers, is set for Oct. 28, 29 and 30.
Presented by the Tautphaus Park Zoological Society, Boo at the Zoo showcases more than 500,000 lights, dozens of inflatable decorations, and plenty more to see and enjoy. The zoo’s lively costume character mascots, Percy the Penguin and Gerry the Giraffe, will also make nightly appearances.
“Boo at the Zoo is a favorite family-friendly Halloween event for our community,” said Linda Beard, the interim zoo superintendent. “We’ll feature your favorite light displays as well as an expanded pirate display. Also be sure to enter the pumpkin carving contest this year!”
